IT support across Greater Calgary
We came to Alberta because our clients did, and stayed because the work did. Remote first, with people on the ground for what needs them.
We did not open in Alberta to sell into it. We came because businesses we already looked after opened offices here and needed the same service in both places, and that is still a large part of what we do in the region: keeping a head office in one province and its branches in another running as one estate rather than two. The industry mix here looks much like home, which is non-profits, construction, insurance and manufacturing.
PLACEHOLDER, Lee to correct: our Alberta footprint exists because clients headquartered elsewhere expanded here and asked us to cover it. Which sector, and roughly when?
Coverage
Remote support is the same service you would get in Vancouver, from the same helpdesk. Hardware comes into our service centre by courier, manufacturer warranty work is arranged on site, and we have local hands for jobs that need them.
Questions
Are you a Calgary company?
No, and we would rather say so. We are headquartered in Surrey, BC, and we cover Alberta because our clients operate here. The service is identical either way.
Can you cover our Calgary office from elsewhere?
That is most of what we do here. One agreement, one helpdesk, and both locations treated as a single estate rather than two.
