Home ground. About 80% of our work is here, our head office and service centre are in Surrey, and our people live in these towns.
This is where we started and where most of our work still is, from Vancouver through the Fraser Valley to Chilliwack. Our own service centre is in Surrey, which is the part that matters when hardware actually fails: the device comes to us by courier, gets fixed on a bench with the parts already on hand, and goes back. Non-profits, construction firms, insurers and manufacturers make up most of what we look after here.
Our head office and service centre is at 36-3033 King George Blvd in Surrey, and roughly 80% of our client base is inside this region.
Coverage
Remote support reaches every part of the region in minutes, which handles almost everything. Where hardware has to be touched we courier it into the Surrey service centre, and we have technicians in the region for work that genuinely needs someone on site.
